I've just seen the latest Theatre of Blood. I like this offering far better; the tone was more even, and it had IMHO a better balance of black humour, horror and gore. Kudos to kylaw and co! And my guess is the dying man in "Chocolate Curses" is what scared several audience members out of the theatre on opening night.

I went to see The Theatre of Blood last night. It was cool to see kylaw and Craig Walker up on stage, and the plays were interesting both in their own rights and as sort of historical examples. I wish the final one had had more dark humour, though. And despite the plastic hoodies handed out, someone got splashed with gore.

I saw this play, so don't let my sacrifice be in vain. Avoid like the plague.
